Sales at the HIVE

We recently hosted our "Swipe Right on Sales" workshop at The HIVE, Virginia Beach’s business resource center, and it was an absolute blast. Local business owners joined us for a hands-on, in-person session designed to demystify sales and help them move out of guesswork and fear into actionable data and processes.


Sales can often feel overwhelming—like this nebulous mix of persuasion and luck—but it doesn’t have to be. During the workshop, we broke down practical strategies to help businesses build predictable, reliable sales systems. By focusing on data-driven approaches and processes tailored to their unique needs, attendees walked away with a clear roadmap to keep their businesses on track and growing.


One of the best parts about in-person workshops is getting to see the impact you make in real-time. Watching lightbulb moments happen as we worked through sales challenges together was incredibly rewarding. We didn’t just talk about theory; we got our hands dirty, addressing real-world problems and building solutions side by side with these entrepreneurs.


For us, these workshops are about more than just teaching—they’re about empowering business owners with the confidence and tools to succeed. It’s one thing to talk about sales strategies; it’s another to see someone leave with a plan they’re excited to put into action.
