We have had the privilege of knowing Christina, the founder of FreeLife, LLC, for several years, witnessing her entrepreneurial journey firsthand. The beginning of this year, we had the privilege of working with her on refining where Free Life is going.

Christina is one of those entrepreneurs that you love to watch grow. Over the past two years, she has intentionally tested different business models, looking beyond event planning to develop a sustainable and scalable company. Through this iterative process, she discovered three core revenue streams that will drive FreeLife’s long-term success.

The Challenge

FreeLife, LLC had three distinct revenue streams, but the question remained: Where should they focus their energy to maximize growth? With Christina deeply involved in daily operations, it was challenging to step back and strategize for expansion. For FreeLife to scale effectively, they needed:

  • Clear systems to streamline operations.

  • Defined revenue goals to measure growth.

  • A structured approach to business development and scaling.

Our Approach

During our working session, we provided FreeLife with a clear strategy and roadmap to help them focus their efforts on growth while maintaining operational efficiency. Key areas we tackled included:

1. Optimizing Event Operations

We helped FreeLife develop repeatable systems for their mobile bar and mixology events, ensuring that operations could scale without Christina having to be hands-on at every event. By refining event workflows, she will soon be able to hire staff and expand event capacity.

2. Building an Online Revenue Stream

FreeLife’s online bottle shop is a key growth area. We worked through a step-by-step plan to expand this offering, including forming strategic partnerships with NA (non-alcoholic) drink brands and increasing brand visibility.

3. Setting Achievable Sales Targets

Scaling isn’t just about increasing revenue—it’s about sustainable, profitable growth. We mapped out revenue goals while ensuring that FreeLife’s pricing structure supported profitability.

4. Enhancing Lead Generation & Sales Strategy

We implemented a repeatable sales process to increase event bookings, brand partnerships, and online sales. By creating a structured lead generation strategy, FreeLife now has a clear pathway to consistent revenue.

5. Establishing Key Activity Goals

Growth doesn’t happen by chance—it requires deliberate action. We developed a weekly and monthly outreach plan that ensures a steady pipeline of clients and partnerships. This structured approach allows FreeLife to stay on track and consistently scale.

Results & Next Steps

With a clear strategy in place, FreeLife, LLC is now positioned to scale sustainably. Christina has a roadmap that allows her to focus on high-impact activities that drive long-term growth. By leveraging brand partnerships, increasing paid events, and streamlining internal processes, FreeLife is on track to expand its impact in the non-alcoholic beverage space while maintaining sustainability and operational efficiency.

We couldn’t be more excited to see FreeLife thrive as they continue redefining the non-alcoholic beverage industry.

Cheers to their success!
